About Monika Walczak
Hello, I am Monika, a modern etiquette coach who is dedicated to empowering individuals to enhance their personal and professional lives through the art of etiquette.
My passion for etiquette has driven me to pursue extensive training at The Etiquette Institute of Washington, where I obtained a certification in Etiquette Consultancy. As a proud member of the International Association of Professional Etiquette Consultants, I am committed to keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements in etiquette education to better serve my clients.
My educational and professional background is anchored in economics. I have successfully completed a Master's Degree in Economics from the prestigious Warsaw University of Life Sciences. This academic achievement has granted me access to a multitude of professional sectors.
Having gained extensive work experience across two continents in various industries, including Education, Accounting, Finance, HR, Retail, and Marketing, I have acquired a diverse skill set. This wealth of experience has equipped me with a modern and innovative approach to teaching etiquette.
I was born and raised in Poland, but after travelling to 32 countries, I made the decision to establish my residence in Australia. The extensive exposure to diverse cultures and countries has enabled me to become well-versed in the principles of international and cross-cultural etiquette. Furthermore, I have developed the ability to distinguish between social and professional etiquette patterns.

As an Academic Professional at one of Australia's top-ranking universities, I am constantly engaged with academics and students, which keeps me up-to-date with the latest teaching methods and learning outcomes.
My diverse international exposure has uniquely qualified me to deliver an exceptional learning experience to my clients. I believe that traditional etiquette principles have become outdated and need to be aligned with contemporary culture. My mission is to teach people how to improve their professional and personal lives with modern etiquette and to understand how etiquette has evolved in line with the ever-changing contemporary world.
Aside from etiquette, I have a strong interest in personal development, communications, and online learning. I believe that these areas complement my work as an etiquette coach and allow me to deliver a well-rounded learning experience to my clients.
When I am not coaching or working, I love to spend time with my family, friends, and my beloved Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Molly. I have a particular love for traditional afternoon tea, and everything that's traditional, classic and timeless, including fashion, style, music, and furniture.
